30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return if it’s not delivering the café-style espresso you expected.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible:
- All original packaging and materials must be intact.
- You'll need your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@sipresso.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll make it right—no questions asked.
Returns & Exchanges
- Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions for sending the item back.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund through your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Shipping fees are not refundable, unless we sent a damaged or incorrect item

We don’t accept returns on accessories or items clearly marked as final sale.
